Computers are vital business tools, and they have to work correctly, or else. And if you're having trouble with yours, let us see what we can do - maybe upgrading that aging machine or fine-tune the network.

  - We will get you the computer that you need, not one that you don't need. We can source what is called a pre-built 'white box' machine (although cases are usually black these days), a name brand, or even the individual components and build to your exact specifications.
- Business-Class Networks
  - The fastest computers still have to communicate with each other and the internet for maximum usefulness. Wireless connection too slow? You might need to move to a wired one, or find something faster...
- Planning and Recovery Strategy
  - Backup, backup, backup! We have seen it all too often - a drive fails, or a laptop is stolen, and there is no backup of the vital data. We can help you develop a plan to ensure you are protected.

There's boatloads of jargon out there. Someone says you need more RAM, your disk needs a defrag, or you should use the Cloud for your files. Let us cut through all of that for you, and give you a simple, plain explanation of what all those acronyms and strange names mean.

  - That old machine you got five years ago slowing to a crawl? Did someone have a play, and now it won't start up at all? We can troubleshoot it for you, or let you know if a new machine is a better option.

  - Got home broadband, but need a way so young relatives can connect with their own laptops or phones, and they want to use wireless - but you don't have it. We can get you the right equipment to have them happily browsing in no time.
- Keeping Your Data Safe
  - So you have an external disk to copy your files to? Is the contents of this disk the only copy of your pictures or documents? Then, really, you're doing it wrong. We can advise on the best way to keep your valuable, and sometimes irreplaceable data, safer.
